Reporting a bug
To help us fix bugs quickly, include:
- iOS version and device model
- Glyph app version (Settings → About)
- Steps to reproduce
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- A diagnostic report (Settings → Share Diagnostic Report) if relevant, it contains logs and network history
Diagnostic reports never leave your device unless you share them. They include app logs and network history but no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Feature requests
Open a GitHub issue with the enhancement label or post in the
#suggestions channel of our Discord. We read everything; we just can't reply to everything.
Security disclosures
If you've found a vulnerability, in the iOS app, the SDK, the CLI, or an official extension, please email contact@glyph.moe directly rather than opening a public issue. We'll acknowledge within 72 hours.
